Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Ensuredit Technologies (“Ensuredit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes cancellations and refunds for our products and services. We are committed to ensuring transparency and providing a seamless experience for our customers.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription Services
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team via email or phone.
- Cancellations requested within the first 7 days of the subscription period are eligible for a full refund.
- After the 7-day period, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
2.2 One-Time Purchases
- Orders for one-time purchases can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided the product or service has not been accessed or utilized.
- Cancellations beyond the 24-hour window are not permitted unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Enterprise Agreements
- Enterprise agreements are governed by specific contractual terms agreed upon at the time of signing.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the intended termination date.
- Early termination fees may apply depending on the terms of the agreement.
2.4 Service Pricing Structure
- Insurance aggregation, agent onboarding, lead management, policy booking, etc. upto INR 100,000
- Affinity products & Assurance products with pricing upto INR 10,000.
- Subscription plans (monthly, yearly) with renewal terms have pricing upto INR 10,000.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Technical issues preventing the use of our services, which cannot be resolved within 14 business days.
- Unauthorized transactions or billing errors reported within 30 days of the transaction.
- Cancellation requests made within the refund-eligible window, as specified in Section 2.
- Dissatisfaction due to service performance, subject to a thorough review by our customer success team.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Fees related to setup, implementation, and training services are non-refundable.
- Any custom development, consulting services, or third-party integrations provided are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Partial refunds may be considered in special cases based on usage and service consumption.
3.3 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative refund methods will be discussed.
4. Appeals Process
Customers who believe their refund request was unfairly denied can submit an appeal by providing additional documentation and context within 14 days of the initial decision
